This is an updated version of the tool,
loaded into place by SLF.

Count surface sectors against the 20 sector limit, in line with new rules from 1 July. In order to allow existing tickets
to validate correctly, I also added an "Ignore surface sectors" checkbox.
Added sd (Sudan) to owe_europe list

When using "link to" function; perform "submit" automatically so that map & validation is done at time of page load
For point-point checks, permit more flexible entry (like OWE section) - i.e. whitespace, "//", -xAAA etc.
When "No oneworld service" is suspected, treat it as a warning and not a fatal error
